I am a licensed massage therapist in both CT and OH, and graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT)/Steiner Education Group.  As a certified member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP),  I integrate a variety of modalities into my sessions including swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial release massage.  I am a certified teacher in both infant and pediatric massage as well.   

My goal as a licensed massage therapist is to educate you and your family on the benefits of massage and the role it can play in your overall personal wellness plan.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, photography, and spending time with the special people in my life.
